PLEASE NOTE! As of May 2025, all families must have an electronic payment method on file (either a credit card or bank draft information) with the temple office. You may still choose to pay with a check, but please note that if your check payment has not been received by the 15th of the month, or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend, your electronic payment method will be charged, including any related transaction fees. Your signature below acknowledges this payment requirement and gives your permission to charge your credit card or bank account if payment is not otherwise received by the 15th of the month.
